With apple Honda, all the people that worked there are very friendly, very knowledgeable and everything else. But the bad part is they pressure you to do things to your car that are not necessary. Also, they are very pricey today. They charge me $275 for a transmission fluid change, which is just like an oil change. Apple Honda is the only place I will have my car serviced. My 2021 Pilot just hit 90,000 miles and like all my other Hondas, I plan to drive it for a few 100,000. I feel like it is getting the best chance at longevity through Apple Honda’s care. I am always treated either way kindness and respect. This last time I had to bring my dog because we were living in a hotel and everyone was so accommodating. Highly recommend!

My oil change, inspection and fuel injection service was done in a timely fashion. I was asked before any work done of any additional service that was recommended. You have the option to agree or decline by text or in person in addition you are given the price for said service too. All service personnel were respectful and professional.

Have bought Hondas from Apple since 2009. Great service always. This week we got a deal on a 2015 Honda Civic LX in super condition & the salesman managed to get us a competitive price for insurance on a holiday weekend. We needed to replace a 2009 Honda we bought at Apple new. Great car running well for 17 years until someone hit it head on (driver’s side). The side airbag deployed & the door bent, but held. Car was totaled, alas. Hondas are built to last & save lives in accidents. That’s why we stick with the brand.

Just wanna say the experience i had at apple honda was first rate i have been looking to downsize and i was about to give up after all the negative experiences at other dealers my salesman was joe he was kind and a stand up guy listened to what i was needing offered many options and him and the team bent over backwards to get me the perfect vehicle and fit i highly recommend just ask for joe.

Whenever i come to Apple honda for my car service i’m at peace knowing a solution will be found for any problem, and it will be fixed promptly. Whether i wait there or use the shuttle service available, or get a loaner for a longer job, i have no issues. Eddie in particular is BY far the best service rep! Service was unbelievably great and quick literally put it in at 730 am had a response by 9:30 work wias done by 11:30 AM could not be any better if we tried everybody at Apple Honda is so incredibly great and nice and it is an absolute pleasure doing work with them.
