Have bought Hondas from Apple since 2009. Great service always. This week we got a deal on a 2015 Honda Civic LX in super condition & the salesman managed to get us a competitive price for insurance on a holiday weekend. We needed to replace a 2009 Honda we bought at Apple new. Great car running well for 17 years until someone hit it head on (driver’s side). The side airbag deployed & the door bent, but held. Car was totaled, alas. Hondas are built to last & save lives in accidents. That’s why we stick with the brand.

Just wanna say the experience i had at apple honda was first rate i have been looking to downsize and i was about to give up after all the negative experiences at other dealers my salesman was joe he was kind and a stand up guy listened to what i was needing offered many options and him and the team bent over backwards to get me the perfect vehicle and fit i highly recommend just ask for joe.

Whenever i come to Apple honda for my car service i’m at peace knowing a solution will be found for any problem, and it will be fixed promptly. Whether i wait there or use the shuttle service available, or get a loaner for a longer job, i have no issues. Eddie in particular is BY far the best service rep! He’s kind, informative, and always goes the extra mile for my family and I.

Just picked up my new 2026 Honda Passport TrailSport Elite from Apple Honda, and I gotta say, my overall experience was EXCELLENT. Ricardo was my salesman, and he was OUTSTANDING throughout the entire process. He was professional, straightforward, relaxed, and NEVER pushy. Everything was transparent. Apple Honda gave me a great deal. Totally respectful and delivered EXACTLY what was promised. No shenanigans, no BS. Not once did I think they were being shady. Service was unbelievably great and quick literally put it in at 730 am had a response by 9:30 work wias done by 11:30 AM could not be any better if we tried everybody at Apple Honda is so incredibly great and nice and it is an absolute pleasure doing work with them.

Excellent service! Bought my car here a few years ago and I’ve had nothing but great experiences when coming back to get it serviced. Oil changes, new tires, whenever something unexpected goes wrong, etc. Their early bird/night owl drop off option has always been super convenient for me. The service reps I’ve worked with Eddie and Jose have always been awesome with communication and making sure things that should be covered under warranty get covered. I’ll be using Apple Honda for the foreseeable future and recommend them for reliable service. 🙂
The service department at Honda is top-notch. I went to the service department for the first time since buying the car for an oil change. The service rep was very knowledgeable and friendly. The service was done immediately and included a free exterior car wash. I even used their shuttle service while they serviced my car. I highly recommend :)))

Shady... Went there for a new Passport -- and the finance guy could not come up with lease numbers that actually matched what they were supposed to be.. Total waste of time and walked and ended up securing a deal at Baron. Salesperson was kind and professional - thats about all I can say.. Look elsewhere.
I have bought two hybrid Hondas from this dealership, a new civic (2005)and a used accord (2014). I have always trusted their service department, especially Rich Donlan advisor. I appreciate the features on my accord (am radio, right turn camera, cd player) and hope they can keep it going as long as I can drive!

We recently purchased a Civic hybrid from Apple and our salesman Bill Fusco understood our wants and needs and he did a great job closing the deal.
I had a major issue with my stop-start feature. Needed a whole new system. Honda replaced it under the warranty for me. Apple Honda did the job in a few hours and even gave me my car back shinning after a wash. A shoutout to Gary Smith; great communication. That’s a service that’s worth talking about.
