You want to request Giavanna (“Gia”) in Sales! There aren’t enough stars to commend her for her extensive knowledge and understanding. I had purchased my 2020 Honda Fit from her and have loved that car in every respect. Recently I considered an HR-V and CR-V as a trade-in for a higher car to accommodate being 82 years old. After a few visits to discuss options with Gia, taking up her valuable time, my better judgment weighed in to keep the Fit. Health and age will most likely prevent my driving in the near future. I had been foolish to think otherwise.

Eddie had excellent customer service, knowledge and very helpful he took the time to explained what was wrong with my car. Eddie even set up transportation to bring me to work and to pick me up at the end of the day. I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had.

I have recently had an extraordinary experience with my Honda CRV and wanted to report that Apple Honda in Riverhead NY responded above and beyond in my situation. A squirrel(s) took up residence in a 24hour period under my car’s hood and in process fried the entire electrical system. Senior service mgr Richard Donlin was fantastic in all respects, working with my insurance co, providing us a loaner for 6 weeks(!) and orchestrated their master mechanic team. when you go for services and they give you recommendations be overy cautious because they lie. what they write on paperwork they don't review products and pricing. So you call to verify they lie about what services and pricing. All Honda dealerships give different prices because each one is indepently owned and operaterd. Even the owner of Riverhead never answered my email. They don't care and just want your money.

Bring my car here for oil changes and as all dealerships they pressure into getting more work done. They said my break fluid was black and needed to be changed so I said ok. It was $199 just to drain and add break fluid. They inspected my car and oil change in 50 months 😳 For an oil change I will still go back but it’s so expensive for other work.

A service oriented dealership- very pleased! I have never bought a car and heard horror stories about car dealerships. None of that applied to Apple Honda in Riverhead. The salesperson was helpful and informed, never pushy. They gave a good trade in value for my old car. After I bought the car, they helped me with the insurance, leasing, and registration. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Joe was great. No high pressure sales pitch. Advertised price was not a price after a "2K down payment and/or you must finance" like you see from many other places. They treat you right. There is a $1595 used car make ready fee but they don't hide it until the last minute and they're up front about it. Would definitely return to this dealer.

I brought our car into have service/recall on my 2018 Pilot. From the first person who took in the car, the customer service representative who checked me in and Theresa the cashier, everyone was friendly, and efficient. I also am very appreciative of Chad, the service manager, who arranged for my early appointment, so that I didn’t have to leave the car. I highly recommend their service department.
