The cabin of the 2023 HR-V sees useful increases in head and legroom for both rows and seats up to five adults in comfort within its 98.7 cubic foot space. Cargo space is rated at 24.4 cubic feet, but you can fold the 60-40 split folding rear seat and access a maximum of 55.1 cubic feet.

You'll notice that there's black cladding along the bottom quarter, all the way to the rear, which harks back to the previous generation but offers a fresh interpretation of it. Drive is sent to the front wheels through a CVT automatic transmission with Sport mode. Honda’s Real Time AWD™ system is optional across the range.
Honda quotes combined fuel economy figures of 28 mpg for the front-wheel-drive variant and 27 mpg for those equipped with the Real Time AWD™ system. All variants come with a 14-gallon fuel tank.
