I had a phenomenal experience at this dealership, after I went to two others. Third time is definitely a charm! From the first call I spoke to Vic the service manager who was so sweet and genuine. He connected me with Bonnie from sales who wasn't pushy AT ALL. She was such a professional through and through. Even the way she asked to customize the features on my car was first class. The finance manager Fritz was exceptional and found ways to save me money. Can you imagine? If you've ever purchased a car before you know a deal can live or die once you get to finance. Fritz made that process smooth and not scary at all. Charlie the general manager was the sweetest and has a great crew over there. A true testament to his leadership because all this great staff is not by chance. Even their AllState insurance guy Peter who is on site was great. When I tell you white glove service the whole way I mean the whole way! They can put any luxury dealership to shame. Trust me when I tell you this is the place to get a car. I drove several counties to get here and it was worth it. 10/10 highly recommend.

I bought a new Honda Pilot from Apple Honda yesterday. Ceren helped me a lot even though she just started working there. Her smiling and helpful attitude made the process go smoother and faster. If I have a friend who is going to buy a car, she is the first dealer I will recommend.

Summary: One Nov. 29 2024 I purchased a Pre-Owned 2011 Honda Pilot. When I expressed concern about the high mileage of the vehicle, the salesman Directed my attention to the 100 day warranty prominently displayed in the showroom. On Feb 14. 2025—75 Days after purchase—I was advised by their service department that The timing chain needed replacement, without which the vehicle would be undriveable due to engine damage. When I inquired about the 100 Day warranty, they claimed they knew nothing about it, and refused to release’ my vehicle until I paid the rapid bill of $1911.68. In my opinion, this is a textbook case of consumer fraud. I have filed a form complaint with Suffolk County Dept. of Consumer Affairs.

Feb 1st, 2025 I accompanied my son on buying his first car. We were very impressed and pleased with the service. They made it easy, stress free, and helped us to find the perfect vehicle. Keenan, the salesman, without any pressure showed and explained us all about the vehicle and next steps to buy it. Then he took us to a financial sector where Bryan, a financial expertise, in clearly terms explained us all about taxes, fees, rates and in which way my son could build a credit from there without overpaying. The team checked rates in a few banks and by my credit score we could get a lower rate compared to a usual first time credit application to a 18 years old. The manager named Charlie oversaw all process and managed to certify the car, what exceeded our expectations. The car came extremely clean, it runs smooth as the same when we picked it up. Joe was great. No high pressure sales pitch. Advertised price was not a price after a "2K down payment and/or you must finance" like you see from many other places. They treat you right. There is a $1595 used car make ready fee but they don't hide it until the last minute and they're up front about it. Would definitely return to this dealer.

If you're shopping for a car, ask for Bonnie—she’s honest, knowledgeable, and makes the process easy--simply the best. Since moving to this area of Long Island 2 years ago I began having my vehicle serviced at Apple Honda. I am the type of person that prefers to get serviced at a dealership than a local shop. Not knocking the local shops but I believe that Honda is a premium and trusted brand and that the dealer ownerships stand behind the product. Apple Honda has been very professional and informative with all of my car requirements. The pricing is very reasonable and any issues or questions I have had, have been addressed properly. As an owner of a Honda, an exceptional brand, the decision to have my investment protected by Apple Honda is a no brainer.
